This post is for people who like myself are suffering from acne. In one of my previous beauty posts, I talked about having a bad case of Acne. The truth is I used to be acne free until recently when my skin has become a complete disaster. I first noticed acne after having a facial at a new beauty salon. Was the acne a reaction to the product they used to do my facial? I can not say for sure but I decided to stop going to that beauty salon and to focus on clearing my face from acne.
What is the problem with grown women having acne? Was it hormonal? I don’t know! All I know was that I was very unhappy about it. I think we all agree that a grown women needs to have a clean acne-free face. I even thought about going for a consultation with a dermatologist but finally I went to a local pharmacy where I bought these products (pictures above). My goal was to stop using all my luxurious skin products and adopt a simple but efficient beauty regimen.
After many weeks using the products I have started to see result. I’m so happy to say that things have started to get better and most of my acne is gone! It only makes sense to share with my readers all the products that gave me the result that I wanted. Any other products I should know about ? How do you keep your skin clean and acne free? What is your daily skin regimen?
*This product works wonders on my skin.* I bought it over the counter and I’m glad I did. Use this after the Cetaphil gentle skin Cleanser before you apply the sunscreen below.
I don’t usually use a sunscreen but after watching Oprah show and reading about sun damage, I have decided to use a sunscreen daily.
I live in a tropical hot weather, This Evian helps refresh and moisturize my skin.
Thank you for sharing Diane. I used cetaphil for many years and it was a skin saver, about 4 years ago I switched to Cerave as I felt my skin needed a change. I have also recently started carrying the Evian facial spray in my purse though I haven’t used it yet. Love this post
Thank you for sharing.
I love your blog! I agree with you with the facial situation. I no longer buy skincare products from department stores or get facials. I was breaking out too. My skin was irritated and I had itchy rashes that lasted for days. I also use the Cetaphil cleanser for sensitive skin and moisturizer. I also noticed products that are heavily fragranced irritated my skin. I keep it simple. Now I am trying to find a serum and eye cream for sensitive skin. I made an appointment with the dermatologist and they recommended the same products, the Cetaphil brand 🙂
Melissa I’m glad you love my blog!True cetaphil is just the best! Thank you!
