Merry Christmas Everyone!
I hope you had a lovely celebration with your loved ones. On Christmas eve, I had my friend and her family over for dinner. I really loved that there were joy and laughter in my house. The children were playing and chasing each other and I really felt the spirit of Christmas in my house. At the end of the day that is really what Christmas is all about!
However, on Christmas day we usually go to hotel brunch. Last year we went to Mandarin hotel but this year I wanted to go back to Shangri-la. We’ve been to Shangri-la for Christmas brunch years ago and it was fantastic and the kids had so much fun because they had so many activities available! Unfortunately, this year the brunch wasn’t as exceptional as I was expecting. First, it felt like Shangri-la has over sold the brunch. It was a little too full for my liking. Second, the entertainment wasn’t as fantastic as it was the past years. Regardless, the Christmas carolers were present and the kids had fun decorating and eating the Christmas cakes.
Sharing my look for the brunch, a one shoulder dress in blue turquoise that I styled with nude shoes and a matching nude bag. This year I didn’t want to wear red like I did in the past years so I opted for this blue turquoise dress which makes me simply happy and for me, it’s all that matters!
Thanks for stopping by!
