Over the weekend I wore this tropical floral dress that I styled with white boots. For me, the purpose of a Fashionable lifestyle is all about how good and uplifted it can make you feel! I have learnt so much on this blogging journey but I still have a lot to learn. And if like me, you believe that living life and reaching your potential is all about learning to know oneself then you’ll agree that each learning experience, bad or good, is to be cherished.
Everyday I learn something new about myself and this constant process humbles me even more. I also don’t attach myself to any made up idea or knowledge I have about myself because I’m constantly evolving and this is precisely the reason why I don’t like to judge other people. Knowing your qualities and knowing your shortcomings keeps you grounded. I’m at peace with myself and I’m so grateful for everything in life, most importantly I’m grateful for my family. My love for my family and my love for Fashion are two main reasons why I keep wanting to strive at this thing called LIFE.
Talking about Fashion, I’ve recently discovered a young designer named Rixo London. I live in a tropical country and this Rixo London print celebrates very well the tropical vibe that I was going for. To make this dress appropriate for the Winter season, you can add a tee shirt under it for less cleavage. Complete your look with the right pair of white boots. Depending on how cold you feel, you can also add a coat or a sweater to this look and voilà, you are ready to go.
