Dubai Iconic Building is said to be the tallest building in the World.
Dubai Aquarium is a must!
Hello Friends!
Gustave Flaubert once said: “Travels makes one modest, you see a tiny place you occupy in the World!” Throughout my life, I have noticed that the most racist people who are perpetrators of hate and discrimination in the World are the ones who have never traveled or tried to open up their mind to understand other cultures therefore know very little about the World. It has been said that the mind that is stretched by a new experience can never go back to its old dimensions and I firmly believe that!
I always wanted to see the World and I always wanted my girls to see as much as they can of the World as well. For me, the best way to open up your mind, to learn about other cultures is to travel. And when it comes to travel, Dubai is undoubtedly on the list of places to go if you can travel. This is my second time here and this time I brought my two girls with me.
On our first day, we went to the famous Aquarium and ended our day with a shopping time in the Dubai Mall. Whether you are visiting Dubai with children or not, the Aquarium is a must! Adults as well as Kids love seeing the sharks or discovering new underwater species. It is a fun-filled experience comprised of a glass bottom boat ride, or shark feeding. You can’t go to Dubai mall without doing a bit of shopping! My girls also enjoyed the shopping at Louboutin store because they tried so many beautiful shoes. You know what they say: Like mother, like daughter! However only mommy is allowed to wear Louboutin, at least for now until they grow up!
For my first day in Dubai, I picked this floral dress by Givenchy. The fabric is soft enough to feel comfortable all day and the floral print is just beautiful. I felt beautiful wearing this body hugging dress. There will be more posts about our trip and things that you can do in Dubai in the upcoming posts. Please bear with me as I try to edit the blog in between my tour of this vibrant city. Stay tuned! But for now, thanks for stopping by.
