Style is not only about fashion, it is a lifestyle which also includes dinings and travels. And talking about travels, our road trip from Rome to Amalfi went smoothly. Amalfi is a small charming town off the south coast of Italy. Back in the old days Amalfi was a major port, a maritime superpower. Nowadays, Amalfi is deemed by UNESCO as an outstanding example of the Mediterranean landscape. It can also be considered a major touristic area. The roads are very narrow but Amalfi history is quite interesting and chilling as most of its populace together with the old city slid into the sea during an earthquake in 1343. Regardless of its history, the actual town is still quite charming and it attracts a huge number of tourists.
Ravello and Positano are places well worth a visit.
